The Hippocrates School is more than a school. It is a community of physicians, psychologists and therapists who journey together to develop new health paradigms for life, for human beings and for the future of medicine.
The first in-person class will bring together the community of first- and second-year students.

Director Hippocrates School

Graduated in Medicine in 1979 and specialized in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy in 1983. He has worked as a hospital and contracted physician, currently working as a freelancer. He was for more than 10 years President of the Medicine and Complexity Association creating international collaborations. With this association he won the Terzani National Prize for Humanization of Medicine. He is an Anthroposophical Physician.
He aims to combine the latest scientific findings in medicine with a humanistic vision.

Sergio A. Gaiti

Sergio A. Gaiti

Deputy Director Hippocrates School

He holds a degree in political science from Parma, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Paris and a Master of Finance from Milan. He has been director of medicines in Italy for Weleda and strategic consultant for various companies and organizations. He directs the Andrea Cristoforo House in Ascona, Switzerland, and is a lecturer at the Philosophy Department of the State University of Milan. He is a lecturer on the topics of ethics, money, and the construction of new spiritual, social and economic paradigms. He is on the board of various third sector organizations in Italy and abroad.

Participation is restricted to those enrolled in the first and second years of the Hippocrates School.

The class will be held at the Bellaria Resort on the outskirts of Bologna.

Arrival is scheduled on Thursday 13 and departure on Sunday 16 after the morning work (everyone will be on their own for lunch).
The lecture program will take place on Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning.
