FABIO BURIGANA
director
Graduated in Medicine in 1979 and specialized in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy in 1983. He served as a hospital and contracted physician, he is currently working as a freelancer. He was for more than 10 years President of the Medicine and Complexity Association creating international collaborations. With the same association he won the Terzani National Prize for Humanization of Medicine. He is an Anthroposophical Physician. He aims to combine the latest scientific discoveries in medicine with a humanistic vision.
SERGIO ANDRES GAITI

He graduated in political science in Parma, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Paris and a Master of Finance in Milan. He was director of Weleda and strategic consultant for various companies and organizations. He directs the Andrea Cristoforo House in Ascona, Switzerland, and is a lecturer at the Philosophy Department of the State University of Milan. He is a lecturer on the topics of ethics, money, and the construction of new spiritual, social and economic paradigms. He is on the board of various third sector organizations in Italy and abroad.

ERIK BAARS

Professor Erik Baars (1961) worked for 16 1/2 years as an anthroposophic physician at the Zeylmans van Emmichoven Clinic (Internal Medicine) and the Bernard Lievegoed Clinic (Psychiatry) in Bilthoven, the Netherlands. He holds a master's degree in epidemiology and a PhD in health promotion. He was coordinator and researcher at the Cats-Polm Institute in Zeist, the Netherlands, and director and senior researcher of the Department of Health and Nutrition at the Louis Bolk Institute, Driebergen, the Netherlands. Since 2007, he has also been a part-time professor of Anthroposophical Medicine at the University of Applied Sciences, Leiden, the Netherlands. He has published more than 250 articles, book chapters and monographs.
MARCO COSENTINO

Marco Cosentino has been Full Professor of Medical Pharmacology at the University of Insubria since 2001. He graduated in Medicine with honors from the University of Pavia (1990) and Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Turin (1996), and is currently Director of the Center for Research in Medical Pharmacology, Coordinator of the PhD Program in Experimental and Clinical Medicine and Medical Humanities, Coordinator of the School of Methodology , Ethics and Integrity in Biomedical Research.

Fisico, inventore e imprenditore italiano emigrato in California nel 1968. Fu il creatore alla Fairchild Semiconductor della tecnologia MOS con gate di silicio nel 1968-'69, la tecnologia che permise la fabbricazione dei primi microprocessori e delle memorie EPROM e RAM dinamiche e dei sensori CCD, gli elementi essenziali per la digitalizzazione dell'informazione. Nel 1974 fondò e diresse la ZiLOG, la prima ditta dedicata esclusivamente ai microprocessori, presso cui dette vita al famoso microprocessore Z80. Nel 1986 Faggin fondò e diresse la Synaptics, ditta che sviluppò i primi Touchpad e Touch screen. Nel 2011 Faggin creò la Federico and Elvia Faggin Foundation, un'organizzazione no-profit dedicata allo studio scientifico della coscienza.

Author of numerous international physics papers and industrial patents. Expert in Technology Transfer, winner of the 2004 edition of the "Roberto Marrama" award for young entrepreneurial talents, was a member of the International Society for Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (ISCMNS), is founder and member of the Secretariat of AlterLab (Laboratory for Political-Cultural Alternative). He is a founding member of the interdisciplinary cultural association "ALTANUR - Le Connessioni Inattese," which was founded in Naples in 1997 with the aim of promoting interaction between different knowledge and carrying out proper dissemination, of which he is currently the president. Co-founder, with Giulietto Chiesa and many others, of the Center of Gravity, a laboratory of thought born at the end of 2019, a space free from conditioning that is uniting intelligences scattered across the country. GIOVANNI MAIO

Giovanni Maio, born 1964 in Italy, is a full professor of medical ethics at the University of Freiburg in Germany. He holds degrees in philosophy and medicine and received his habilitation in medical ethics. He is director of the Institute for Medical Ethics and History of Medicine at the University of Freiburg. A recent publication of his is his book "Medicine and Human Values. Foundations for a Medical Ethics" (Minerva Medica Editions 2022).
MARCO MAMONE CAPRIA

Marco MAMONE CAPRIA has been a researcher in mathematics at the University of Perugia since 1990. He has been a professor of History and Epistemology of Mathematics and Science for all 9 cycles of SSIS (School of Specialization in Secondary Teaching) (1999-2008) and was a member of the University Ethics Committee for two three-year terms (1997-2003). He coordinates the Science and Democracy project, under which he organized five international conferences between 2001 and 2011. Since 2007 he has been president of the Hans Ruesch Foundation for Vivisection-Free Medicine. Among his publications, a broad overview of the issues mentioned can be found in Scientists and Laymen for a Democratic Control of Science (2015, 2020).

She teaches and carries out clinical work for the University of Padua, with a focus on the individual and group psychoanalytic field. Marco Mattorre is a medical surgeon, a specialist in Internal Medicine and Preventive Hygiene-Medicine, and has worked as a medical executive at the Prevention Department of ASL Umbria 2. He has been involved in fasting since 1988, beginning work at a state-of-the-art Digiunotherapy center for the times, and has pursued this passion throughout his life, along with many other topics in Clinical Nutrition, Phytotherapy, PNEI and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has been practicing intermittent fasting for almost 10 years.

TOBIAS ROECKLT

Tobias Roeckl is a specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy as well as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst (BLÄK, DGPT, DGPM). He is based in Munich and Münsing and treats children, adolescents and adults, individually and in groups. He has gained clinical experience in various hospitals and in practice. From 2006 to 2017, he was a lecturer at the Chair of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, and then training director for adults at the Munich Association for Psychoanalysis MAP eV and on the board of directors there until 2022. He is a training therapist, training analyst and supervisor, as well as being active in further specialist training.
KLAAS VAN EGMOND

Klaas van Egmond (1946) began his career with research on air, soil and water pollution at the National Institute for Health and the Environment (RIVM), where he later became director of environment. As director of the Netherlands Agency for Environmental Assessment (MNP), he advised the Cabinet of Ministers and members of the Dutch Parliament on all matters related to the environment and sustainability. As professor emeritus, he continues to give lectures (as a guest speaker) on environmental issues (energy, climate change, pollution, etc.), but has changed his focus to broader sustainability issues, including value orientations (worldviews), cultural aspects, and the economic-financial system.
